Responsibilities

• Deputise for Specialist/Senior Technicians in their absence.
• Supervise technicians and assistants delivering the service.
• Plan staffing and supervise rota.
• Support governance and medicines risk management.
• Develop technician roles and participate in service improvements.
• Lead and motivate staff across pharmacy teams.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective use of medicines.
