NHS Scotland's Angus Integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (AIDARS) seeks a Senior Pharmacy Technician to join the Substance Use Pharmacy team in Arbroath. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care to ensure maximum benefit and minimal risk from prescribed medicines.

You will work autonomously alongside a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to service development and close collaboration with Community Pharmacy, GP practices

Formación

• Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience or willingness to work towards an accuracy checking qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for individuals within AIDARS to maximise benefit and minimise risk from prescribed medications.
• Work autonomously alongside a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist within the wider Tayside Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Team.
• Contribute to development of new service models of pharmaceutical care delivery and collaboration with partners.
