Job summary

Clerkenwell Health is seeking a (Senior) Pharmacy Technician to join our Doncaster team and support clinical trial pharmacy services across Phase 1–3 studies. You will work with our Clinical and Pharmacy teams delivering patient-focused care in a research setting.

The role requires GPhC registration, CPD commitment, and GCP training. You will dispense or check IMPs, monitor temperatures, and help maintain trial documentation while collaborating with a forward-thinking CNS/psychedelic research

Qualifications

Level 3 NVQ Diploma or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in PharmacyTechnician training or equivalent.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is mandatory.
Continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain fitness to practice.
GCP training and compliance with trial regulations are required.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Facilitate efficient pharmacy service delivery for clinical trial patients.
Dispense or verify clinically trialed IMPs with proper accountability.
Monitor temperatures of IMPs and record fridge/ambient temps daily.
Support Lead CT Pharmacist in aligning services with regulations and guidelines.
Maintain essential trial documentation per protocol and guidelines.
Provide GCP training, participate in Site Initiation and Monitoring Visits, be a point of contact.
