Qualifications

• Master's degree in pharmacy and GPhC registration.
• Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Demonstrated CPD activity and ongoing professional development.
• 1 year trainee pharmacist training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines formulary across UHCW and lead on cost‑effective prescribing.
• Lead projects at the primary/secondary care interface to improve value.
• Provide expert formulary and medicines optimisation guidance to clinicians.
• Collaborate with primary care to implement evidence-based formulary changes.
• Oversee interface projects to enhance safety and cost effectiveness.
