• Technical Leadership & Delivery: advise on HVAC design, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality, GMP-compliant deliverables in pharma/life sciences projects.
• Lead stakeholder discussions with clients on technical delivery and project progress, on-site work nationally and internationally.
• Support ISO 9001 quality processes and maintain consistent standards across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, operations, and sales to enable successful client engagements and growth.
