Job summary

Ecolab in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Pest Technician to join its Pest Elimination team. You will deliver timely pest detection, elimination and prevention for commercial clients such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food processing facilities.

You’ll lead a team, train staff, and ensure high-quality audits and reports across an established route. The role requires working across diverse commercial environments, with a focus on brand protection and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification is required.
• Willingness to work on an out-of-hours rota as needed.
• Experience working in challenging environments with commercial customers.
• Company van or prepaid travel card provided for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day management tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members on site.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Complete quality audits and field accompaniment reviews for the team.
• Present at Service Excellence team meetings.
• Establish effective relationships with customers to identify and solve pest problems.
• Keep up-to-date with Ecolab’s pest control offerings and industry conditions.
• Deliver a thorough inspection and treatment service to meet customer specifications.
• Provide customers with written service records and improvement recommendations.
• Plan routes efficiently and submit reports on time.
