Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Pest Technician to join its Pest Elimination team. You will administer pest detection, elimination and prevention for commercial clients, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food processing plants. A strong focus on safety, training and documentation is expected.

Role involves leading a team, coordinating on-site service routes, and reporting outcomes with customers. A company van, iPhone and training opportunities are provided as part of a long-term career

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on pest management experience in commercial settings.
• Ability to lead a team and coach junior staff.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day to day management tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Complete quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence meetings.
• Identify and solve pest problems with customers.
