Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team, delivering pest detection, elimination and prevention to commercial clients. You will manage an established route, provide brand protection, and support 24/7 service for facilities such as restaurants, hotels and hospitals.

The role emphasizes leading, coaching and onboarding, with opportunities for long-term progression in service, sales or management, plus a strong commitment to safety and best-in-class tools.

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification required.
• Out of hours rota availability required.
• Experience working in challenging environments with commercial clients.
• Company van or prepaid travel card provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day to day tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Conduct quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence meetings.
• Build relationships with customers to identify and resolve pest issues.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry conditions to drive service and prevention.
• Use Apple devices to manage service records and document issues.
• Deliver inspections and treatments meeting quality standards.
• Provide customers with written service evidence and maintenance advice.
• Plan routes efficiently and ensure 100% service readiness.
• Submit reports and paperwork on time.
