Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited seeks a Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to manage a varied caseload in Greater Manchester. You will handle claims including road traffic and accidents at work, with some clinical negligence cases involving physical injury.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE in Personal Injury solicitorship.
• Solid experience handling personal injury claims.
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Commercially aware and focused on achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied personal injury caseload including accidents at work and road traffic accidents, with certain exclusions.
• Possibly handle clinical negligence claims where there is physical injury.
• Progress files efficiently to deliver a high standard of client service.
• Occasional travel between offices may be required.
