Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment seeks a Personal Injury Legal Advisor in Manchester to join the Pre Litigation Credit Hire team. You will manage pre litigated Personal Injury claims involving credit hire and handle cases outside the MOJ portal up to £50,000 under supervision.

You will review medical evidence, perform quantum reviews, and deal with fraud/LVI allegations while liaising with credit hire organisations. Hybrid working and performance targets apply.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of handling claims over £20,000, including credit hire.
• Strong understanding of Pre Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Knowledge of current case law affecting credit hire.
• Experience reviewing medical evidence and performing quantum reviews.
• Ability to liaise with credit hire organisations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre litigated Personal Injury claims involving credit hire.
• Handle claims outside the MOJ portal up to £50,000 under supervision.
• Review and value medical evidence without supervision.
• Carry out quantum reviews and assessments independently.
• Deal with Infant Approvals for minor cases under supervision.
• Focus on fraud and LVI related claims and related issues.
• Liaise with credit hire organisations and maintain professional relationships.
• Work toward monthly and annual targets.
