Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across performance, reporting, BI, systems or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of commercial and procurement operations with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience developing long-term technology strategies and delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of data governance, systems integration, information management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy for commercial systems, BI, reporting and performance, aligned with the Future Target Operating Model.
• Lead reporting and intelligence, systems and digital transformation teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance frameworks, KPIs and MI to support strategic decision-making across Commercial and Procurement Services.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, including AI and automation, to deliver measurable benefits.
• Govern commercial systems, data architecture, information security and system integration to ensure high-quality information.
