Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Performance Improvement for a Randburg-based management consultancy. The role focuses on diagnosing operational gaps and delivering measurable improvements.

You will lead engagements, design strategies to enhance efficiency, develop KPIs, and guide clients through change in a hybrid work environment. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, operations management, or performance improvement.
• Experience leading performance improvement initiatives with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work environment experience.
• Based in or able to commute to Randburg, Gauteng, ZA.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic projects to identify performance gaps and operational enhancements.
• Design and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and deploy KPIs to monitor progress and success.
• Facilitate workshops and training to embed best practices.
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client leadership.
• Contribute to knowledge management and service offerings.
