Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health is seeking a Talking Therapies Senior Performance Analyst to lead performance analysis across the Talking Therapies Division. You will drive the development and delivery of dashboards, reports and insights to support operational management and service improvement.

The role combines analytical expertise with line management responsibilities, guiding analysts and fostering a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• <140 chars>Graduate level qualification or relevant experience in IT/analysis.
• <140 chars>Experience designing Power BI dashboards for operational/strategic use.
• <140 chars>Experience writing SQL queries against data warehouse or relational DB.
• <140 chars>Line management or supervision experience.

Responsibilities
