Job summary

Loughborough Sport is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to lead England Netball's Roses programme performance analysis. You will work with the Head of Performance Support and coaches to deliver world-class analysis for the 2027 Netball World Cup and beyond.

The role requires leadership of a team, collaboration across multidisciplinary practitioners, and shaping strategy for performance analysis infrastructure and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering performance analysis within an elite sport environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Hudl and associated analysis platforms.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualisation.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary performance teams.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the England Netball Performance Analysis team.
• Deliver world-class performance analysis services to coaches and athletes.
• Ensure consistent, accurate and impactful analytical support across the programme.
• Lead performance analysis projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Roses Athlete Assessment process alongside the Pathway Performance Analyst.
• Produce meaningful analytical insights to enhance coaching and improve performance.
• Contribute to squad selection through objective performance data and expert analysis.
• Develop and deliver continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities for analysts.
• Build strong relationships with coaches, practitioners and national governing bodies.
• Foster collaboration across Loughborough Sport and England Netball performance teams.
