Job summary

England Netball seeks a National Lead – Performance Support based at Loughborough University, Leicestershire. This senior role will provide strategic leadership for sports science and sports medicine across the Roses programmes and national teams, shaping the future direction of performance support in English netball.

Travel within the UK and abroad is anticipated. The post-holder will work closely with Loughborough University to deliver performance support while England Netball directs strategy

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Sports Science and Sports Medicine across England Roses, Roses Pathway and the wider high performance system.
• Oversee delivery of performance support to Roses and Roses Pathway programmes and shape future direction.
• Influence how performance support is delivered across the netball system, aligning services to athletes' needs.
• Collaborate with Loughborough University to deliver services, while England Netball provides strategic direction and day-to-day leadership.
