Job summary
Nottingham Forest is recruiting a Performance Analyst to lead the girls and women's academy analysis programme, primarily for the women’s first team. You will collaborate with the Head Coach and technical staff to shape, deliver and review the performance analysis process, ensuring high detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires experience at First Team level in elite sport, strong technical and tactical football knowledge, and proficiency with Hudl Sportscode, Hudl
Qualifications
- Previous experience at First Team level in an elite sporting environment.
- Detailed technical and tactical knowledge of football.
- Postgraduate degree in performance analysis or relevant field.
- UEFA C License or higher.
- Experience filming training and matches with a variety of equipment.
- Experience using Hudl Sportscode and Hudl Studio.
- Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis programme for the Women's First Team.
- Collaborate with Head Coach and technical team to shape and deliver analysis.
- Ensure games and training are covered effectively.
- Travel with the team to home and away fixtures to film.
- Create and deliver analysis sessions and development plans.
- Generate team and individual orientated reports from match data.
- Maintain a library of best practice from games and training.
