Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior People Science Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with customers across EMEA and North America on bespoke research using Culture Amp data, owning studies from question to action. GenAI tools will speed up work while ensuring data privacy and rigorous methods.

You will collaborate with HR leaders and Customer Success Managers to develop insight reports and share actionable insights with clients and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Applied experience using quantitative research methods on people/workforce data.
• Strong inferential statistics and ability to connect results to business outcomes.
• Experience building decks for HR/executive audiences and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and end-to-end studies from business problem to recommendations.
• Design and explore datasets using robust, privacy-protecting approaches.
• Conduct rigorous analyses across engagement, lifecycle, and team data.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining methodological rigour.
• Collaborate with People Scientists on advanced HR analytics projects.
• Identify themes to improve culture and business outcomes; communicate findings.
• Create reusable methods, templates and assets; manage scope and timelines.
