Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead strategic HR partnering across our organisation in Sheffield. You will provide expert people support to senior managers and drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a pro-rata pay for part-time, a generous salary, and a commitment to development, equality, and a supportive culture. The role initially runs for 12 months with the potential for extension and internal progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a HR/People Partner at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and TUPE processes.
• Ability to partner with senior managers and drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Performance & Reward: analyses and improves performance management practices.
• Employee Relations: monitors and implements policies and procedures to ensure positive, fair and legal relations.
• Resource & Talent Planning: advises on recruitment, selection and retention strategies.
• Organisational Design: ensures roles meet current and future needs and changes are delivered compliantly.
• Contributes to strategic HR change programmes and supports new business wins.
