Job summary

M-KOPA is hiring a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and key global functions at the centre of how we operate. You will partner with product, design and digital lending leaders to shape talent strategy and organisational design across multiple markets.

You will scale, develop and retain talent in a high-growth, customer-focused business and work closely with ER and People CoEs to turn data into actionable decisions while embedding our culture across

Qualifications

• HR business partnering with senior leaders in scaling tech/fintech/high-growth businesses.
• Exposure to product, design, marketing or analytics teams and how they're built, motivated and retained.
• Portfolio ownership rather than support; ability to manage diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders in product, design and digital lending, aligning people strategy with delivery and team evolution across markets.
• Own the people agenda for fraud, workplaces, impact and corporate communications and marketing.
• Develop managers and standardise people management across portfolio, from performance conversations to hiring and development.
• Scale and retain talent by attracting and developing product, design and analytics talent in a competitive market.
• Use people analytics with CoEs to turn data into insight and action.
• Lead employee relations across portfolios with ER Centre of Excellence support.
• Embed M-KOPA culture across all touchpoints.
