Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a senior People Partner to own the people agenda across Corporate Functions and collaborate with the Global People lead. You will shape organisational design, workforce planning, and culture, while partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities and programs.

You will drive leadership development, performance and engagement for the leadership population, advising on compensation and mobility to sustain internal equity as functions

Qualifications

• Deep experience in organisational design, workforce planning, people strategy and culture.
• Senior HR leadership at Director level or above.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda across Corporate Functions and partner with the Global People lead.
• Coach and challenge leaders on organisation decisions and future needs.
• Partner with function leaders to embed culture and values into daily work.
• Drive leadership development, performance, and engagement for senior leaders.
• Advise on compensation, mobility and promotions ensuring internal equity.
