The Opportunity

We’re looking for aSenior People Partnerto join our dynamic People team. This is a strategic role where you’ll partner with Operational executives and senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business transformation, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people plans with business goals.
• Lead on key People initiatives across reward, L&D, diversity, talent, and more.
• Use people analytics to inform decisions and anticipate workforce needs and efficiencies.
• Drive change through organisational design and development.
• Lead cross-functional people projects from concept to delivery.
• Coach and develop People Managers (Operations) and contribute to service excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• CIPD Chartered Member (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in senior-level HR partnering and project delivery.
• Previous experience partnering with operational teams comprising both technical and non-technical remote field workers, providing tailored people solutions that support engagement, performance, and operational effectiveness across dispersed workforces.
• Demonstrated experience with TUPE and mergers & acquisitions, ideally gained in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
