Job summary

The Housing Network in Luton is seeking a Senior People Operations Coordinator to lead a HR admin team and optimise people processes. You will manage workloads across BAU and peak periods, own HR data and systems, and help drive accurate payroll and reward processes.

You will support employee relations, policy development, onboarding, and a scalable people experience, with CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred and a track record of improving delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an HR generalist/operations role, with a track record of improving processes and delivery.
• Confidence managing HR systems (HRIS), with a focus on data quality, reporting, and driving adoption.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to manage both team workload and personal responsibilities.
• Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified.

The Housing Network are currently recruiting for a Senior People Operations Coordinator to work in Luton.

We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose-led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced and passionate people to help us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The Senior People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
