Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and policy enforcement.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection principles.
• Experience coordinating cross-government data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of workforce data definitions and lineage across teams.
• Maintain and promote standard definitions for workforce metrics.
• Coordinate with Cabinet Office and cross-government data teams on reporting standards.
• Document data flows and support data protection and audit needs.
• Ensure access controls and data quality across HR datasets.
