Job summary

FNZ, a leading global wealth management technology provider, is seeking a People Change Lead in a hybrid role based in Edinburgh or London. The role focuses on leading complex people change and workforce transformation initiatives across FNZ, ensuring engagement, capability and business performance during organisational change.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, HR and business leaders to design and deliver change strategies that align with FNZ's priorities, while navigating employment

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading people change, organisational transformation or workforce change initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and consultation requirements.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex people change and workforce transformation activities across multiple business areas.
• Design and implement people change strategies aligned to business objectives and organisational priorities.
• Support leaders through organisational design and transformation initiatives.
• Develop communication, engagement and change adoption plans to support successful implementation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver organisational change programmes.
• Support restructuring, workforce optimisation and business transformation initiatives.
