Job summary

FNZ is seeking a People Change Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Edinburgh or London with hybrid working. You will lead the people aspects of major transformation programmes, ensuring change is delivered in a commercially minded, employee-focused way.

Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people change strategies, governance and risk management, driving workforce transformation across FNZ while aligning with regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading people change, organisational transformation or workforce change initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and consultation requirements.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience working in professional services, financial services, consulting or private equity-backed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex people change and workforce transformation activities across multiple business areas.
• Design and implement people change strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Support leaders through organisational design and transformation initiatives.
• Develop communication, engagement and change adoption plans to support implementation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver organisational change programmes.
• Advise on people, governance and risk aspects of change activities.
