This role is within Ofcom’s People, Culture, and Workplace (PC&W) team. We support the organization strategically, ensuring the right capabilities and ways of working to meet objectives, leading transformation and cultural change.
The PC&W team supports colleagues from recruitment to departure, including learning and development, diversity and inclusion, career progression, well-being, and pay and benefits information.
This role will serve as the People Partner for 1 or 2 groups within Ofcom, ensuring effective operation and alignment with organizational strategy, supporting Group Directors in leadership.
