Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst, People Insights to lead quantitative modeling and data storytelling for our global workforce. You will be the regional point of contact for HR functions across EMEA & APAC, developing and presenting predictive workforce insights to leadership.

The role focuses on attrition, headcount, and talent forecasting, combining deep analytics with stakeholder management and adherence to GDPR and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science in a consultative/technical capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar data visualization and manipulation tools.
• Strong expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle, and core HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce challenges into analytical projects.
• Design, build and validate predictive models (attrition, headcount, talent forecasting).
• Translate outputs into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify data-driven process improvements for the People team.
