Job summary

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London is seeking an Analyst for the People Solutions & Advisory team. You will work under supervision to deliver data-driven HR advice, support policy implementation, and contribute to HR reporting and analytics across the Bank.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and comfort with data manipulation.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience solving HR-related process problems and good attention to detail.
• Experience in a data and analytics environment.
• Ability to present data to inform and improve decision making.
• Knowledge of HR policies and guidelines and cyclical activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support delivery of HROD projects through monitoring, reporting and data analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of personnel administration.
• Coordinate information sessions for line managers and staff on HR topics.
