• Working knowledge of basic statistics (for example, averages, distributions, and correlation) and how to apply them to workforce data
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining a number to someone who doesn’t work with data every day
• Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions when a request is unclear

About the Role:

Wiley’s People Insights team turns workforce data into decisions leaders can act on. As a Senior People Analyst, you’ll build the reporting and analysis that keeps that engine running: maintaining dashboards, answering data requests from across the People org, and ensuring that stakeholders receive the information and insights they need to make informed decisions.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Salary Range:
