Alexander Lloyd invites an experienced pensions professional to join its market-leading Risk Settlement Group as a Senior Consultant. You will lead complex settlement transactions, influence new propositions, and shape strategic outcomes for clients.

You will play a senior role delivering buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups and longevity solutions while managing stakeholder relationships, campaigns and thought leadership. A flexible, inclusive work environment supports wellbeing.

• Proven track record of delivering Pension risk settlement transactions.
• Broad industry experience with strong technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior support or lead adviser on settlement transactions (buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, etc.).
• Take end-to-end ownership of transactions, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Advise clients on their Journey to Settlement including feasibility and market readiness.
• Develop settlement opportunities with trustees and sponsors and support new business initiatives.
• Contribute to growth and strategic direction of the Risk Settlement Group.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build future leaders.
