Synchronicity Group is partnering with a respected trustee firm to appoint a Senior Associate to join the governance team in London. You will support governance of occupational pension schemes, including DB/DC, and act as Scheme Secretary where needed.

The role involves coordinating meetings, regulatory reporting, and delivering governance improvements across schemes in wind‑ups or PPF periods. You will work with trustees and senior stakeholders, requiring strong organisation and MS Office

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution occupational pension schemes.
• Knowledge of pensions governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Supporting trustees with the ongoing governance of pension schemes.
• Acting as Scheme Secretary where required, including preparing agendas, organising meetings and minute writing.
• Managing annual regulatory reporting and governance processes.
• Carrying out adviser reviews and benchmarking exercises.
• Managing documentation controls and scheme communications.
• Supporting projects including scheme wind-ups, regulatory reviews and governance improvements.
