Job summary

LCP is seeking a qualified pensions governance professional in London to provide trustee secretarial support and governance consulting to pension schemes. You will work with colleagues across PMC and the wider firm to deliver high-quality fiduciary services to trustees and corporates.

The role requires deep knowledge of pension governance, project leadership, and the ability to develop client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid background in providing pensions consulting support.
• Experience with pension scheme governance and trustee exercises.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trustee secretarial support for existing clients.
• Manage named Trustee Secretary appointments.
• Develop governance services and support regulatory best practice.
• Provide standalone project support including adviser procurement.
• Be main client contact and contribute to new business pitches.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to team development.
