Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Senior Pensions Associate in Bolton to lead pension scheme administration, supervise a team, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will manage Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Hybrid schemes, ensuring accuracy in calculations and timely client communications.

Ideal candidates will hold CPC qualification or be pursuing it, and demonstrate strong Excel/Office skills, analytical thinking, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension scheme administration and member communications.
• Ability to supervise and train junior pensions administrators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of pension schemes (DB, DC, Hybrid) accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and train pensions administrators to maintain high-quality service.
• Engage with scheme members and respond to queries through multiple channels.
• Support client meetings and contribute to successful new business pitches as needed.
