Gallagher Benefit Services in Manchester is seeking a Senior Pensions Associate to manage a diverse range of pension schemes with accuracy and initiative. You will allocate cases, run calculations, draft reports, and oversee payrolls while mentoring junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing or have earned the Pension Management Institute CPC qualification, possess strong analytical abilities, and communicate clearly with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering occupational pension schemes (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate a range of pension schemes with accuracy.
• Allocate cases, perform and verify automated/manual calculations, and payrolls.
• Draft and review correspondence and reports; manage cashflows, investments, disinvestments, and invoices.
• Supervise and train pensions administrators, promoting collaboration.
• Engage with scheme members to answer queries and provide solutions.
• Support Client Executive meetings and contribute to new business pitches.
