The team offers award-winning technical Defined Benefit Administration Services in a friendly, supportive office environment where everyone can contribute and be part of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical pensions administration services to clients, including calculating and making benefit payments.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, helping develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Check and approve colleagues’ work for accuracy.
  • Apply benefit structures, trust deeds & rules, and legislation.
  • Support the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Handle queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaise with clients, actuaries, and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Respond to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
