As a senior team member, you will provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service to colleagues and customers. You will support your team, identify process improvements, and demonstrate initiative, judgment, and certainty. A strong understanding of pensions legislation, regulatory, and HMRC requirements is essential. You will also take on additional responsibilities such as training, coaching, and representing the team on projects.
Equiniti supports well-known UK brands and public sector organizations in managing complex, regulated administration tasks related to pensions, payroll, and payments. Our services are often mission-critical but not core to our clients' operations, allowing them to focus on their primary activities.
