Referment is working with a UK analytics and actuarial consultancy to grow its pensions actuarial department. You will split time between pensions valuation work and pension risk transfer, with flexibility based on your strengths and interests, advising a diverse client base.

The role involves coordinating calculations, reviewing advice, broking insurance transactions, and engaging with industry networks, while supporting less experienced colleagues in a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• Qualified pensions actuary with experience in UK pensions actuarial consulting.
• Strong UK pensions technical knowledge; capable of reviewing valuation and member options work.
• Proficient in drafting clear client communications and presentations.
• Ability to delegate tasks to junior team members and manage budgets.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills within and outside the firm.

Mansioni

• Coordinate actuarial calculations with junior colleagues and review associated advice.
• Lead broking efforts and manage insurance transactions within the pension risk transfer team.
• Work on schemes of varying size and complexity; contribute to Longevity and GMP projects.
