Job summary

Howden seeks a Principal Consultant to lead pension consulting engagements and drive strategic client outcomes in the UK. You will foster senior-level relationships, deliver guidance, and expand services and revenue across client portfolios.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Consult with clients on pension needs and member engagement requirements.
Maintain a portfolio of clients with growth targets and delivery commitments.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide expert strategic direction, aligning processes with business objectives.
Lead project teams, allocate resources, and oversee communication.
Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to growth of the practice.
