Qualifications
- 10+ years IT experience with 7+ in Pega.
- Pega CLSA/LSA certification.
- Experience with Pega Infinity Platform, enterprise architecture, case management, and integration frameworks.
- Proven skills in DevOps, CI/CD, security, and performance tuning.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Pega applications.
- Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership to Pega teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and governance.
- Ensure Pega guardrails and best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
- Design complex integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, MQ, and databases.
- Guide performance tuning, security, and scalability planning.
- Support estimations, planning, and risk management.
- Mentor CSSA/SSA developers and establish standards.
