Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Central London- Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand who are currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR function based in London. The role will report into the Head of HR focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, whilst supporting on different projects ongoing and upcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll UK and EMEA via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll
• Reviewing processes and controls, assessing their effectiveness, and implementing improvements
• Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as needed
• Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for various business areas
• Ideally experience within a sole payroll role
• ADP experience is preferred but not essential
