Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Stoke-on-Trent – Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand who is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR team based in Stoke-on-Trent. The role will report to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, while supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing payroll for UK and EMEA via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing processes and controls, assessing their effectiveness, and implementing improvements.
3. Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as appropriate.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for different business areas.
6. Ideally experience in a sole payroll role.
7. ADP experience is ideal but not essential.
