Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Central London- Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand that is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR function based in London. The role will report to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, while supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing payroll for UK and EMEA via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing processes and controls to ensure they are fit for purpose and implementing necessary changes.
3. Processing all new starters and leavers, and liaising with hiring managers as appropriate.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for different areas of the business.
6. Ideally having experience in a sole payroll role.
7. ADP experience is ideal but not essential.
