We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a well-regarded global brand's HR team in London. The role involves processing UK & EMEA payrolls, supporting ongoing projects, and reporting to the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing UK and EMEA payrolls via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing processes and controls for efficiency and improvements.
3. Managing new starters and leavers, coordinating with hiring managers.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with various reports across the business.
6. Experience in a sole payroll role preferred.
7. ADP experience is advantageous but not essential.
