Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Kingston upon Hull – Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand that is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR team based in Kingston upon Hull. The role will report to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, while supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing UK and EMEA payrolls via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing processes and controls to ensure they are fit for purpose and identifying necessary improvements.
3. Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as needed.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for different areas of the business.
6. Ideally having experience in a sole payroll role.
7. ADP experience is preferred but not essential.
