Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Bolton, Greater Manchester – Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand that is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR team based in Bolton. The role will report to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, and supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing payroll for UK and EMEA via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing processes and controls to ensure they are fit for purpose and identifying potential improvements.
3. Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as needed.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for different areas of the business.
6. Ideally having experience in a sole payroll role.
7. ADP experience is ideal but not essential.
