Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a well-regarded global brand's HR team in London. The role involves processing UK and EMEA payrolls, supporting various projects, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing payroll for UK and EMEA regions using ADP and bureau services for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing payroll processes and controls, assessing their effectiveness, and implementing improvements.
3. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with hiring managers.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and internal teams.
5. Assisting the Head of HR with reporting and other HR-related tasks.
6. Preferably having experience in a standalone payroll role.
7. Experience with ADP is advantageous but not mandatory.
