Job summary

AAB is recruiting a Payroll Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day payroll services for SME clients based in Bolton. You will lead a team of Client Success Specialists, ensuring accurate, timely payrolls while maintaining trusted client relationships and high service standards.

You will drive performance, coach colleagues, manage resource allocation, and partner with internal teams to improve processes. The role requires strong leadership and payroll knowledge within a client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• University degree 2:1 minimum classification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll delivery for SME client portfolio.
• Lead and coach Client Success Specialists for high performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular service reviews.
• Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time through collaboration with CSS team and QX.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancement.
