JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with an established professional services business to appoint a Senior Payroll Administrator to join its growing payroll team. This is a client-facing role, managing your own portfolio of clients and delivering payroll from start to finish.

You will provide payroll advice, support onboarding, and build trusted client relationships. The role is hybrid – 50% office/home – and requires experience in an accountancy practice/payroll bureau environment.

Formación

• Experience in accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment.
• Experience handling end-to-end payroll for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of RTI submissions and auto-enrolment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Process starters, leavers, statutory payments and variable pay.
• Complete RTI submissions and ensure payroll compliance.
• Manage auto-enrolment and pension processes across a range of schemes.
• Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries and provide clear, practical advice.
• Attend client meetings and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Support the onboarding of new clients, including gathering and transitioning payroll data.
• Advise on areas including salary sacrifice, National Insurance, Benefits in Kind and wider payroll legislation.
• Manage multiple payroll deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
