Dains Accountants & Advisers is recruiting a payroll professional to deliver accurate and timely payroll services for a varied client portfolio. The role includes complex payrolls, client liaison, and adherence to statutory and AE obligations.

You will work within a vibrant Payroll department, with opportunities for mentoring and contributing to process improvements, while developing your skills through coaching and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to study and qualify with CIPP.
• Competent with Microsoft packages and Outlook.
• Experience with payroll workflows and client environments.

Responsabilités

• Accurately process payrolls of varying complexity to deadlines.
• Perform manual gross-to-net calculations including tax codes and adjustments.
• Manage a portfolio of complex payrolls and plan workload.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the payroll cycle.
• Stay up to date with AE, statutory rules and HMRC requirements.
• Apply GDPR and maintain confidentiality.
• Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
• Mentor colleagues and support process improvements.
