Portfolio Payroll Limited in Exeter is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator for a Temp to Perm role. The position handles around 1,000 weekly payrolls, with a mix of subcontractor payrolls and PAYE, and requires strong Excel skills to manage varied timesheet formats.

You will work under the Finance and Payroll Manager, supervise workload, ensure deadlines are met and respond to payroll queries in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• PAYE experience essential.
• Strong Excel skills required for handling timesheets and data entry.
• Experience with billing clients and time-and-materials processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ~1,000 weekly payrolls, including subcontractor payrolls and PAYE.
• Oversee daily workload and ensure deadlines, monitor queries and respond promptly.
• Assist with client billing and transition to Microsoft Business Central when implemented.
• Report to Finance and Payroll Manager; supervise 4 Payroll Assistants.
